What is BRAND SUMMIT?

• This educational 4 days conference gathering brand marketers from inside and outside of Japan has started in 2011. 300 marketers in charge of distinguished brands of both domestic/overseas will join together for 4 days and 3 nights to focus and exchange ideas about the latest brand management cases and challenges they face. This global conference, largest in the country, will be the place for you to identify guidelines for the future of your company brand and to build firm relationships between other brand marketers.

• We focus particularly on participation of brands overseas and company executives to obtain deep insights of their marketing strategy and to create opportunities to develop a network that will lead your business to an international stage.

• “Brand Advertiser” Application

  ■Attendee Fee: Complimentary for qualified Brands

  ・This application is for brand advertisers (above manager only), who belongs to departments which oversees the marketing and communication activities of the company. (i.e. ad publishing including mass media)

  ・If you qualify and are invited to this event, you are required to participate in all official programs including networking parties.

  ・Pre-screening will be conducted based on the contents you have registered through the application form.

  ・For qualified brand advertisers, meals and accommodation during the official programs including the networking party is complimentary. However, please bear your round-trip transportation fee to the venue at your own expense.

  ・Please note that you cannot cancel or change the participant once you qualify as an invited brand advertiser.Please check the cancellation provision on the application form and contact the show office in case any cancellation needs occur.

• “Paid Brand Advertiser” Application

  ■Attendee Fee: 243,000 JPY (tax included)

  ・This application is for brand advertisers (above manager only), who belongs to departments which oversees marketing and communication activities of the company. (i.e. ad publishing including mass media)

  ・There is no advance screening if you are to attend as “Paid Brand Advertiser”

  ・You may attend all the official programs freely.

  ・Please bear your round-trip transportation fee to the venue at your own expense.

  ・If there is a need for cancellation or change of the participant, please check the cancellation provision on the application form and contact the show office.

• “Partner” Application

  ■Attendee Fee: from 378,000JPY (tax included)

  ・This application is for advertising agencies, consulting companies, solution providers, various media companies, etc.

  ・Discussion with the other participants is one of the major contents during this event. To enhance the quality of the conference, please do not participate for business card exchanging purpose only (we may contact you beforehand for some pre-screening).

  ・Please bear your round-trip transportation fee to the venue at your own expense.
