Emi has 10+ years of experience in marketing, project management, and business strategy in key global markets with international brands including Disney, Amazon, Zara, and Coach while leading cross-functional, international, and multi-cultural projects and teams.
At Coach, Emi has been leading brand and digital marketing strategy and key initiatives including media and communication planning, digital and social advertising, social platform management, content planning and creation, digital and O2O activations and events, digital and social CRM activities, influencer marketing, brand lift tracking, competitive benchmark analysis, social mention analysis, etc. She has planned and executed innovative locally-relevant campaigns across multiple channels with a strategic 360 marketing approach involving Media, PR, eCommerce, CRM, Sales Promotion, Retail, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Creative teams to achieve a company-wide brand transformation to change customer perceptions. She has also directed commerce driving digital marketing strategy and execution including paid search/PPC, retargeting, programmatic advertising, affiliate programs, email marketing and mobile app across Asia markets including Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore, and Malaysia.
Emi holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern
University and Bachelor’s from Waseda University.
