Session summary
"Gender and age does not matter" is an ideal value but in reality, the work environment is still not ready for this. Female leadership is supposed be the lead but many companies are having difficulty with this gender bias. Would female employees stay if the environment changes? Do we really need to increase the female management ratio? We will discuss how companies can increase their revenue by overcoming gender issues.
