Session summary

Today, we live in a world with the most number of cameras and screens that have ever existed. If it weren’t for smartphones, Instagram would cease to exist; the world is visualizing very rapidly because of smartphones. Even Twitter, originally a text-based platform, is now evolving into a more video-based platform. This change we are seeing, lead by Tik Tok, IGTV and Stories, tells us that media and content is somehow being reshaped. That “somehow” is profoundly rooted in visual storytelling. In this session, we will uncover branding in the smartphone age through visual storytelling, and bring you the frontline of media and content.
